Quick, last minute stay was perfect. Had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Loved having the front porch and second floor deck as additional place to relax at night. Owners very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely come back.
The proprietors - Hillary and Jeff - do a remarkable job in making your stay comfortable. The beds are super comfy. You won't want to get up but when you arise, you'll wake up to freshly brewed coffee and warm breakfast breads every morning. The aesthetic reminds you of a mid-19th century rooming house which adds to its quaint appeal. Once there you're very close to the beach (walkable) and surrounded by several local restaurants that you can also walk to. Hillary and Jeff will provide you with the best places to dine depending on what you're looking for. If you desire a quaint comfortable place to stay, do yourself a favor and try Zenneth Manor Inn.
Hillary and Jeff are amazing at their job! They are so welcoming and make you feel right at home! The floors are so so clean and so are the linens! So easy to approach! Therwbis also beach chairs to use and the modern take with the charge feel is a nice take on the hotels theme and vibe!
This is our fourth summer visiting the Zenneth Manor. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean but, as with many older buildings, pretty small. Jeff and Hillary are so nice and love hanging out on the porch with their guests. I highly recommend this property.
We had the privilege of staying here while visiting our family. Absolutely wonderful! Hilary and Jeff are the most gracious innkeepers! The place is immaculately clean and close to everything! Another great stay!! Our recent stay was the third time our family stayed at Zenneth Manor Inn, and we plan to go back again. Jeff & Hilary are such kind people! They are so warm & friendly. We keep going back because of how clean the rooms are and how much we like them. I have never had a problem with cleanliness here, and I am very picky about this when staying places. Another major bonus is how close it is to the beach & boardwalk. Our go to in OCNJ!!
Zenneth Manor Inn is the perfect place to stay for a trip down the shore. The room itself is super clean and cute, with retro touches that make the space feel extra cozy. The location is also perfect since you are only 10 steps away from the boardwalk/shore with many restaurants around the Inn itself. I've been here 2 times so far with my partner and we plan to stay here whenever we plan to visit OC! Jeff and Hillary are the sweetest people and will make sure you feel right at home. And don't forget the free parking and beach passes are a plus!
